System Requirements
With networks of six or more computers:
- On the Server:
- You must have a copy of Microsoft SQL server 2000 or better with sufficient licenses for each user of the program. In order to run Microsoft SQL server, you must have Windows 2000 Server or better.
- On the workstations:
- Windows 2000 or Windows XP. Windows 98 is no longer supported by Microsoft.
- You must have a copy of Microsoft Office to use the Word Processing Form letter merge features.
- OR -> A copy of Microsoft Office Professional to use those features plus the reporting capability of Microsoft Access.
With networks of five computers or less.
- You do not need a dedicated server, and a royalty free product from Microsoft called MSDE can be used in place of SQL server.
- Windows 2000 or Windows XP. Windows 98 is no longer supported by Microsoft.
- You must have a copy of Microsoft Office to use the Word Processing Form letter merge features
- OR -> A copy of Microsoft Office Professional to use those features plus the reporting capability of Microsoft Access
